Our community allotment

The Leiston Land Army brings people together to grow food for the community. The allotment connects food security, outdoor activity, volunteering and learning through practical shared work.

A place to contribute

There are different ways to help, from growing and caring for crops to supporting the wider site. Contact us about current opportunities and access arrangements.

Making growing more accessible

We use no-dig approaches and are developing accessible growing spaces to make involvement more manageable for people with different needs.

Made possible together

The allotment has received support from Blackwell Earth, Galloper Wind Farm Ltd, Suffolk Coast & Heaths National Landscapes and Leiston Town Council. We recognise practical contributions alongside financial support.
